This course is delivered completely online. Once enrolled you'll have up to 12 months to complete the course. You will be required to do approximately 8 hours of work such as reading and completing tasks each week.

SMART AND SKILLED FEES
This course is government-subsidised, meaning you pay a portion of the full course fee to Sydney TAFE and the government will pay the balance. However, you must meet certain eligibility criteria for this to apply.

This is a 100% online course with no formal attendance. You may be asked to participate in online activities with your peers. You will be given 12 months to complete the qualification but must complete at least 6 of the units within 6 months of commencment. You may complete all units within the 6 months initial time period if you wish. You must arrange work placement in an animal care facility while undertaking this course. This can be paid or voluntary and if volunteering you will be covered by TAFE insurance while enrolled. Students will be required to submit assessments through Moodle our online learning system. You should have reasonable computer skills and have finished year 10.
